Payments and service providers
Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms; Good Doctor does not need to store your full card number. Hosting, email and analytics providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
Security and retention
We use access controls, protected password storage and session security. Information is retained while needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect legitimate interests.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your account information, and may ask about deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for security, payment or legal reasons.
